1. Przedmiotem niniejszej Umowy jest zadanie pn. „Dostawa samochodu ciężarowego – wywrotka na potrzeby związane z utrzymaniem zieleni w Parku Śląskim”.
2. Wykonawca winien prowadzić autoryzowaną sprzedaż oraz serwis oferowanego modelu pojazdu.
3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi OPZ (Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ).
4. Dodatkowe warunki realizacji zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ).
