Description of the object
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Remont Pawilonu Przyrodnika na terenie Parku Śląskiego S.A. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje:
Etap I – Wykonanie projektów wykonawczych: a) Wykonanie projektu wykonawczego wymiany stolarki okiennej, b) Wykonanie projektu wykonawczego remontu WC;
Etap II – Roboty budowlane w zakresie:
a) Wymiany istniejącej aluminiowej stolarki otworowej zewnętrznej,
b) Remont pomieszczeń higieniczno-sanitarnych
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w PFU z załącznikami (Załącznik nr 3a i 3b do SWZ).
3. Dodatkowe warunki realizacji zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ).
