Description of the object
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie prac konserwatorskich przy rzeźbie „Hutnik” autorstwa J. Ślusarczyka wraz z jej przeniesieniem, w oparciu o program prac konserwatorskich, opis wykonania nowego postumentu oraz zgodnie z pozwoleniem naprowadzenie prac konserwatorskich przy zabytku wpisanym do rejestru zabytków nr 6/2024 z dnia 14.03.2024 r. oraz pozwoleniem na trwale przeniesienie zabytków nr K/178/2025 z dnia 24.02.2025 r. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowi Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
3. Dodatkowe warunki realizacji zamówienia określa wzór umowy stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
