1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowe utrzymanie czystości Kąpieliska Fala, zlokalizowanego na terenie Parku Śląskiego w Chorzowie.
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowi Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
3. Dodatkowe warunki realizacji zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy stanowiące Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
4. Zamawiający wymaga stawienia się na wizji lokalnej.
4. Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji w zakresie usług stanowiących przedmiot Umowy.
